    My 2 boys and I really enjoyed being there. The staff was nice and solved my problems immediately. The property's location was great, in huge area. And it was also close to a taxi for the transfer, the all inclusive restaurants and the perfectly located and surrounded by thoroughly cared greenery. Tbh, had a great stay for holiday.

    The food is good; the swimming pool, gardens and kids areas are nice. The stuff is friendly although some of them don't speak English; the entertaining activities are well organized.

    This is not a five star hotel like they pretend to be, although if you don’t put your expectation to high you can enjoy your holidays and save some money! Even with all included system they should have small water bottles in their rooms for the guess.

    The beach area and outdoor pools were fantastic for relaxation. We also loved the nearby golf courses which were perfect for a day out. The all-inclusive service was great, letting us enjoy our vacation without worries!

    The only downside was the lack of information about activities. We had trouble finding out about scheduled events and entertainment options.

    Good animation team. They working hardly for guests and invite them for activities. Nice and funny evening show.

    So boring. The location of the hotel is so far from any cities and it's no variation to go to any another place apart from the territory of the Hotel. Also it's terrible Turkish men personnel in the bars and in restaurants. They all the time are flirting with women guests and even call them to meet in evening. Its impermissible for the good hotel.

    The hotel has a nice pool area.

    I was frustrated with the service at this hotel. The staff offered almost no help and often ignored my requests. It was shocking how the vast majority of the guests were Russian, and it was like non-Russian guests were completely sidelined.
